Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Luxora Chauffeur, Dublin, Ireland.

We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For any question about this policy, contact info@luxorachauffeur.com.

2. What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through this website, we collect:

  • your name, email address and telephone number;
  • the journey details you give us — date, time, pickup address, destination, number of passengers, vehicle class, and any message you add;
  • your IP address, which the enquiry form holds in the web server's memory, and does not save, to limit how many enquiries one connection can send in 15 minutes.

We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we process it, and on what basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide the service you asked for. Legal basis: performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
  • To protect the enquiry form from automated abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interests in keeping the service available (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • To meet accounting and tax obligations where a booking proceeds. Legal basis: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).

4. Who we share it with

Your enquiry is emailed to you from our own mailbox, with a copy to us. The website and that mailbox are hosted by Hostinger, which acts as a processor on our instructions. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

As you type in the pickup or destination field, the text is sent to Google so it can suggest matching addresses. Google receives what you typed and your IP address, not your name or contact details, and handles them under its own privacy policy.

Where a booking involves a third party you have asked us to arrange — a hotel, an attraction ticket, a partner vehicle for accessibility — we share only what is needed to make that arrangement.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are retained for 12 months and then deleted. Records relating to completed bookings are kept for six years to meet Irish tax and accounting requirements.

6. International transfers

Our hosting and mail providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@luxorachauffeur.com.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Commission, 6 Pembroke Row, Dublin 2, D02 X963 — dataprotection.ie.

8. Changes

We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
