Corporate Roadshow & Multi-Stop Day

Luxora's corporate roadshow service is one chauffeur and one car for up to ten hours, for investor relations programmes, executive site visits, multi-venue conferences and full days of client meetings across Dublin and the east coast. The price for the day is fixed.

We start by working with your EA or roadshow coordinator to plan the route. That means calling each venue ahead to confirm access, loading bays, security protocols and dwell times, allowing realistic times for traffic on the M50 and the quays, and identifying quiet backup stops if a meeting runs long. On the day, your chauffeur arrives 15 minutes before the first pickup with the itinerary loaded, refreshments stocked, and the cabin set to your team's preferred temperature.

The days we plan include IPO roadshows round Dublin's institutional investors in the IFSC, US and UK executives on a one-day tour of their Irish operations, biotech and life-sciences teams visiting Trinity, RCSI and UCD, and law firms moving between the Four Courts and the Criminal Courts of Justice. Every car has Wi-Fi, charging, bottled water and snacks. First Class adds a rear privacy partition, and the Business Van seats up to seven.

Your chauffeur is suited, vetted and English-speaking, and does not discuss passengers, post about the booking or share dashcam footage. We use unmarked vehicles, accept private codewords for the day, and can arrange a non-disclosure agreement on request. Detailed invoices are issued the next working day with a per-stop breakdown for expense claims.

A full ten-hour day within Dublin and the M50 ring costs from €550, up to €750 when the itinerary stretches to Wicklow, Meath, Kildare, or includes a Dublin Airport transfer at the start or end. There are no per-kilometre charges, no overtime within the booked window and no fee for changing the itinerary on the day. Multi-day programmes can be invoiced on agreed net terms after account approval.
